Dr. Joseph Sanusi (FCIB, CON)
Is the Chairman of STI Consulting. He is a former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria. Before his appointment as Central Bank Governor, he was the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of First Bank Plc.
Dr Sanusi is an accomplished professional banker and accountant. He was at different times in his banking career the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of First Bank Plc, and UBA Plc. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria (FCIB) as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He brings to the Board of STI Consulting astute leadership and cognate management experience gained over a period of three decades of management in Nigeria and abroad.

Abiodun Olusanya
Is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of STI Consulting.
He has over 20 years industry and management consulting experience in Nigeria and abroad. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of STI Consulting, he was an Executive Director of BCG Consulting from February 2003 to May 2004. where he had responsibility for Supply Chain Operations Services (SCOS) as well as Consumer and Industrial Products (CIP) Group.
He was a Principal Consultant both at IBM Business Consulting Services Nigeria, and PwC Consulting, a business of PricewaterHouseCoopers Nigeria. where he headed Supply Chain Operations and the Financial Services Industry Group. Abiodun graduated with a BSc Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan Nigeria in 1983.
He started his career with UAC Nigeria Plc, then a subsidiary of Unilever Plc in 1985. He held various management positions in Sales and Marketing, Product Development and Human Resources between 1988 and 1999. He was a Divisional Director from 1997 - 1998 and the UAC Group Head of Training and Development in 1999.
He obtained an MBA from the University of Brighton United Kingdom in 2000, and joined the Knightsbridge London practice of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young Consulting as a Senior Consultant in the same year. He has a wide knowledge of business strategy, process and performance improvement, and supply chain management.
Abiodun is a member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, United Kingdom.

Olufemi Adefope
Is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HRG Nigeria and Five Star Travel Limited. BTI is one of the leading travel management companies in Nigeria, and a member of a global management travel organisation with 30,000 employees in 3000 offices spread across 100 countries.
Olufemi is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Airline Management Limited – the appointed General Sales Agent for South African Airways, Gulf Air and Sabre in Nigeria. He attended Government College Ibadan Nigeria from 1963 – 1967, and the Federal School of Science Lagos from 1968 – 1970. He graduated with a BSc Degree in Zoology from Howard University, Washington DC USA in 1973, and a post graduate Degree in Forensic Science from George Washington University, Washington DC USA.
He is an accomplished professional in the travel and tourism industry in Nigeria. He was President, National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies 1989 – 1991. Chairman Curriculum Development Committee of Nigerian Hotel and Tourism Institute 1990 – 1991, and currently President Skal International Nigeria (International Travel and Tourism Organisation) Olufemi brings to the Board of STI Consulting over two decades of transport and logistics management experience in Nigeria.

Mitchell Elegbe
Is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of InterSwitch Nigeria Limited. InterSwitch is a joint venture belonging to over 10 mega banks in Nigeria. The company manages a shared infrastructure for e-payment and e-transactions in Nigeria. Before joining InterSwitch, Mitchell was the Head, Group Marketing and Business Solutions of TELNET (Nig) Ltd. He has had significant exposure to switching software and switching companies both in South Africa and Europe over the past 5 years. He has a proven knowledge of the industry, both local and international; technical knowledge and incomparable passion for business.

Yombo Bammeke
Is an Executive Director with Risk Watch Insurance Brokers Ltd. with responsibility for new business development, clients and insurance company relationship management. He has more than eighteen years experience covering reinsurance underwriting, reinsurance broking, insurance underwriting and insurance broking and consulting. He also manages the Risk Management consulting services offered by Risk Watch through a subsidiary – Risk Financing Options Ltd which focuses on the management and control of risks transfer costs and assisting organisations to add immediate value to their balance sheet.
Yombo graduated with a BSc Degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos in 1983. He became an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria in 1991, and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London in 1994. He started his insurance career with Universe Reinsurance Company as a Manager (Technical) in 1985. He joined the United African Insurance Brokers as a Senior Accounts Executive – Reinsurance
Broking (Treaty and Facultative) in 1992.
He was appointed Head, Business Development and Marketing of Royal Property & Casualty Assurance in 1994.
He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Lagos Business School, and has attended numerous development and training programs including the Project Management Seminar and Risk Management Seminar in Johannesburg in 2000.

Dr. Adewunmi Desalu
Is an Electrical Engineer and an accomplished Manager with over thirty-five years experience in teaching, research, product engineering, project management and consulting. He has expertise in physical and mathematical modelling of electrical and chemical processes, development of technologies for small and medium-scale enterprises, establishment and implementation of computerised process control, installation and rehabilitation, and management of systems for power plants, industrial processes and building facilities.
Dr. Desalu graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from RPI, Troy, New York USA in 1967. He obtained an M.Sc and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Massachusetts USA in 1968 and 1974 respectively, and an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh USA in 1977.
He is currently the Chairman of Radmed Diagnostic Centre, and the Managing Director of Botad General Limited – the representative of General Electric in Nigeria. He is also a Director of Access Bank Plc. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, USA, and a Registered Engineer in Nigeria (COREN).

Olugbenga Folayan
Is the Managing Partner of Rossette Associates – a firm of management consultants. He has over 18 years consultative engagement in human capital training and development. He has led teams in the design and implementation of various management development workshops in Nigeria. He was a Consultant with Intercontinental Management Services, and also an Export Consultant with Andruche Investments Plc.
Olugbenga graduated with a BSc Degree in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Ilorin in 1982 and 1986 respectively. He holds a post graduate Certificate in Export Promotion and Practice from the Graduate Business School of Strathclyde University, Glasgow United Kingdom.
